As an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience and a steadfast commitment to elevating the resident living experience, Patti Higgins serves as a driving force behind the success of Parktown Living.

At Parktown Living, Patti is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the company’s properties. Her results-driven leadership skills ensure that the on-site property management staff align their efforts with ownership’s business plan objectives.

Patti began her journey in the multifamily management industry as a leasing agent, and since then, she has achieved remarkable milestones. Prior to joining Parktown Living, Patti was Vice President in the Multifamily Division at Asset Living overseeing 4,400 units across the Southeast and Southwest. During her six-year tenure at JMG, Patti’s region achieved remarkable expansion, doubling in size. Under her leadership, the company successfully managed the acquisition, disposition, and management of over 30 properties.

Prior to these accomplishments, Patti held asset management roles at Alden Torch Financial (formerly Hunt Capital) and LaSalle Investment Management. Her oversight encompassed equity investments totaling an impressive $400 million. Patti also spent 17 years at RREEF/Deutsche Bank, where she oversaw 18,000 units at both regional and national levels.
