Patrick Ryan serves as Chief Operating Officer at WPD Management, a property management firm specializing in apartments located on Chicago’s south side with nearly 4,000 units in its management portfolio. Patrick was promoted from Director of Property Management to COO in late 2019 after spearheading initiatives that embraced technology and drove efficiency at the company. Today, Patrick oversees all aspects of the property management firm and takes pride in WPD being the highest-rated property management provider on Chicago’s south side.

Prior to joining WPD Management, Patrick served as Portfolio Operations Director for Invitation Homes, where he managed a community of 996 units and led high tenant retention. After graduating from Dakota Wesleyan University, he began his career in property management and finds purpose in providing quality housing to all people.
