Mr. McGarry joined Waterton in 2023 and serves as Vice President, Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for driving value and maximizing asset performance for a growing number of properties across multiple investment vehicles

Prior to joining Waterton, Mr. McGarry spent five years at Boyd Watterson Asset Management where he was responsible for oversight of all asset management functions for approximately $2B AUM of commercial office assets located the Central Region. Before his time at Boyd Watterson, Mr. McGarry spent four years at American Realty Advisors, working on a portfolio of Class-A office and industrial properties.

Mr. McGarry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The University of Notre Dame as well as an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University.
