Patrick Heffernan is a Portfolio Manager, leading the BBH Real Estate funds. In this role, he oversees all aspects of private real estate investing in commercial properties on behalf of the firm’s clients.

Before joining the firm in 2018, Pat was a Vice President at Admiral Capital Group, a real estate private equity fund in partnership with USAA Real Estate Company, where he led acquisition and asset management activities across the U.S. East Coast. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at MPC Properties (a subsidiary of Bank of America/Merrill Lynch’s Global Principal Investments group), where he focused on acquisitions and portfolio oversight in Europe.

Pat received a B.S. in finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
