Patricia Simone is currently principal and president of Simone Management Group, the management and operations arm of Simone Development Companies. With now over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, she joined Simone as a leasing associate, after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Emory University. A few years later, Ms. Simone combined her growing full-time professional responsibilities at Simone with attending the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate, earning a Master’s degree Cum Laude.

Throughout her tenure, Ms. Simone has gained in-depth experience in leasing various commercial property types (Class A/Class B office, medical office, retail, hospitality, and industrial), property management operations, site selection/acquisitions, ground-up development and re-development projects, in addition to managing the day-to-day operations of Simone. She spearheaded the re-positioning and adaptive re-use of the formerly known Harrison Executive Park to the transformed 220,000 square foot medical office park, Purchase Professional Park, in Purchase, New York.

Her accolades include being named one of Bisnow’s 2018 New York Power Women in Real Estate and receiving the “40 under 40” Business Council of Westchester award in 2016. Patricia frequently participates on CRE panels and is an active member on the Board of Directors for the Business Council of Westchester and the Fordham University Real Estate Institute. In 2020, Patricia was recipient of the prestigious Hall of Fame Women in Business Success Award from the Business Council of Westchester.
