Parker runs the daily operations while heading Champion’s high yield and value add cash flow investment activities. He holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license plus a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning and Development and a Master in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the University of Southern California Los Angeles alumni network, the National Multi-family Housing Council, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
