Nicole Stent manages the Division of Minority- and Women-Owned Business Development. Prior to joining Empire State Development , she served as District Manager of Bronx Community Board 8 and was Director of the NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation, Division of Corporate Planning, Community Health & Intergovernmental Affairs. She has extensive experience in city government. She has a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
