Mrs. Meyer is a Principal of Kushner Companies, a diversified real estate organization responsible for the ownership, management, development, and redevelopment of properties throughout the country. She oversees a portfolio of over 10 million sq. ft. of new construction in New York and New Jersey, and the management of nearly 20,000 residential units and 3 million sq. ft. of retail.

Prior to taking an active role in her family’s business, Mrs. Meyer spent ten years as an executive with Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation in the Creative Services department. There, she played a global role in the design, marketing, and distribution of men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel and accessories.

Mrs. Meyer received her Masters in Urban Planning from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design and Architecture from NYU’s College of Arts and Science. Upon graduation, she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and received the NYU Faculty Award for Architecture and Urban Design.

Nicole is a member of the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board, ICSC, and on the board of the NY Urban Land Institute. Nicole serves on the Deans Advisory Council for NYU’s College of Arts & Sciences as well as on the Deans Advisory Council for NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service.

Nicole resides in New York City with her husband, Joseph, and is the mother of four children, George, Rae, Clara and Sam.
