Nickolay Bochilo is an EVP of Investments / Partner at Bell Partners (“Bell”), a private apartment investment and management company with a portfolio consisting of over 65,000 units located in major US markets. Nickolay oversees the national investment platform covering acquisitions, dispositions and related debt financing. Nickolay joined Bell in 2001 and has since been involved in transactions valued in excess of $10 billion, spanning across apartment, retail and senior housing holdings. He is an active member of NMHC where he served as Chair of Emerging Leaders Committee. A native of Belarus, Nickolay came to the U.S. in 1998 through the Future Leaders Exchange scholarship sponsored by the US Department of State.

He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Greensboro College, where he graduated with honors and currently serves on the Board of Trustees. Mr. Bochilo resides in the San Francisco area.
