Nick co-founded VennPoint in 2015 as an opportunistic real estate investment company focused primarily in the multifamily sector. As CEO, Nick is responsible for VennPoint’s strategic growth initiatives, collaborating with the team to identify investments that distinguish VennPoint from its competitors while balancing risk and returns. In addition to managing all facets of the operating company, he oversees the entire investment process, from sourcing and underwriting to diligence, capitalization, and legal documentation.
