Neal is responsible for RPA’s investment activities where he focuses on acquisitions, capital markets, and overall performance of the portfolio. RPA currently owns and operates approximately 5,000 multifamily units across Florida. Neal began his career with a multifamily real estate investment and management company where he served in asset management and acquisition leadership roles supporting growth from $100 million to $1.3 billion of AUM over a six-year period.

Prior to a business career, Neal served in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer, completing two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and an assignment with U.S. Special Operations Command. Neal is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (B.S.) and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (M.B.A).
