Natalia has over 20 years of multifamily residential real estate experience, primarily on development, lease-up, and management of both urban mixed-use projects and garden style suburban projects. Natalia has extensive experience in the Atlanta, Nashville, Chattanooga, Houston, Charlotte, and Huntsville markets.

Most recently, Natalia spent five years with Cottonwood Residential, as a Senior Regional Manager where she managed a portfolio of approximately 3,000 units valuing over $700 million. Before Cottonwood Residential, Natalia spent four years as a Regional Manager at Panther Properties where she managed a portfolio of over 2,000 units and was instrumental in the startup of the property management division of the company.

Natalia earned a Bachelor of Arts from Swinburn University of Technology (Australia). She resides in East Cobb with her two teenage daughters.
