Myles Cunningham is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Audubon where he oversees the acquisition department and spearheads debt and equity structuring. He is responsible for identifying and underwriting new investment opportunities, helping to source new equity relationships, and manage the due diligence and closing process.

Prior to joining Audubon, Mr. Cunningham was the Director of Acquisitions for PEM Real Estate Group, a Phoenix-based multifamily real estate investment firm. At PEM, he oversaw the Atlanta office while acquiring nearly $200 million in real estate. Previously, Mr. Cunningham was the Vice President of Acquisition for Cortland Partners where he focused on new business development, asset valuations, and deal structuring. While at Cortland Partners, Mr. Cunningham acquired over 60 real estate assets totaling nearly $1.5 billion in capital.

Myles earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Auburn University.
