Mike Fabbiano is Principal and Co-Owner of Highpoint, a Boston-based multidisciplinary consulting firm serving private and public clients across New England. With more than 30 years in land development, Mike helps clients de-risk sites early through disciplined due diligence, entitlement strategy, and practical civil design. Highpoint’s portfolio spans a wide range of market sectors and project types, from early land planning to the complexities of construction. The firm supports clients from site selection through approvals and build-out. Mike also serves as President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization Boston Chapter and is a recipient of multiple ACEC Silver Awards. He is known for clear communication with municipal boards, strong organizational skills, and a solutions-first approach. An avid golfer, Mike is equally comfortable turning a round into a productive business development conversation.
