Mike Ablon is a founding partner of PegasusAblon, a multidisciplinary developer and investor focused on the integration of emerging markets with evolving demographic trends. Combining this strategy with nationally recognized institutional capital and high net worth families, PegasusAblon focuses geo-centrically in the Dallas/Fort Worth area–where they have developed a commanding understanding of the growth patterns and demographic shifts.

Mike Ablon has completed numerous noteworthy projects in the course of his pursuit of a cutting edge ethos. He is fortunate to have led the redevelopment of the Dallas Design District into a vibrant neighborhood while maintaining the history and vibe of the district’s past. In addition to the Design District, PegasusAblon has led the dominant repositioning of the Preston Center Office Submarket. Mike Ablon’s multifamily experience includes the creation of highly innovative developments in the Design District, the high-growth Frisco submarket, and other urban/suburban cores throughout the Metroplex.

Mike is passionate about the City of Dallas, where he has lived and worked for most of his life. His goal of rebuilding city fabric and bridging social and economic divides created by previous development projects drives each investment opportunity and provides the core focus for his business acumen. Mike Ablon strongly believes in the potential of Dallas to become a great city, not just a big city, and works to develop an urban fabric which will create generational sustainability for the experience economy.

Mike Ablon is currently the Chair of the Trinity River Corridor Local Government Corporation, dedicated to the task of creating the Harold Simmons Park. He believes this great central park will act as a catalytic moment for Dallas, driving the centroid of the city towards a vibrant urban center for the next century.
