Michael A. Mulia is an associate in Ingram’s commercial real estate group, where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, project development, and financing.

Prior to joining Ingram Mike was an associate attorney for a small New York real estate firm, where he handled all aspects of real estate transactions, including client contact, term sheet review, contract negotiation, title and survey review, due diligence and ground-up real estate development projects. Michael also served as general counsel for a New York real estate development company where he oversaw the development and financing of charter school projects and other commercial real estate projects throughout New York City.
