Michael Milazzo, Senior Vice President of Originations, located in Merchants Capital’s New York City office, is responsible for expanding the multifamily lending platform by providing mortgage banking solutions using Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/HUD lending products, as well as an array of Merchants Bank balance sheet loan products. Since 2018, Mr. Milazzo has overseen the financing of over 13,000 housing units, representing over $4 billion in debt financing across the nation and has helped Merchants Capital grow into one of the top affordable housing lenders in the country .

Mr. Milazzo holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a Bachelor of Science from Sacred Heart University where he was a Division I Baseball Player.
