Michael has over 25 years of development experience as a principle, which includes master planning, hospitality, industrial, flex office and residential projects in urban and suburban markets across the country. He has been partners with Sol since 2007 when he joined Centrum Partners. As a founding partner and Head of Development at Condor, Michael is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s real estate development activity. He received his BA from Princeton University and holds a Master’s of Science from New York University with a focus in International Development and Finance. Michael also serves on the Board of Directors for Evanston Downtown & Art Encounter.
