As the Chief Development Officer, Michael Massie oversees housing development, construction, and business development & acquisitions. His focus on the development and finance of housing of all types has led him across a broad and changing real estate landscape. Michael began at Jamboree in 2005 as Senior Project Manager before becoming Director of Development. To diversify his experience and knowledge, he pursued executive opportunities with Related California and The Picerne Group from 2014 to 2017. With his return, he has managed a team that has developed, financed, and built more than 5,000 units of housing throughout California, while helping to drive Jamboree’s growth serving on the Executive Management Team. Michael concentrated in Real Estate and Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
