Michael Hayford, Director of Midwest Business Development. Michael has spent his career in developing and expanding technology solutions in Multi-Family developments, specifically driven towards improving the resident experience, security, and safety. His degree in Criminal Justice, along with a number of certifications from the Department of Homeland Security (FEMA), allowed for Michael to build a strong foundation and expertise in his field. Michael’s current role at Kastle Systems allows for him to combine his fervor for technology and security to expand Kastle’s state of the art solution in the Multi-Family environment.
