Prelude Capital is a global investment adviser managing over $7 billion of allocations. Mr. Gallagher joined Prelude Capital in 2018 and is responsible for sourcing and executing Prelude’s private real estate investments, including direct acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to Prelude, Mr. Gallagher served as a legal adviser to prominent New York City real estate sponsors and lenders at Proskauer Rose LLP. Mr. Gallagher received his JD from Washington University and his B.A. from The University of Memphis. He is an Adjunct Professor at Yeshiva University and a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Pension Real Estate Association.
