Mike Baker is responsible for the planning and direction of all property acquisition activities for BH Equities. His expertise in designing property investment strategies is integral to the company’s ongoing growth and development. As Vice President, Mike oversees the acquisitions and underwriting departments and makes decisions on how to align the company’s portfolio based on goals, needs and acceptable risk levels. He has more than ten years of multifamily operational experience. Prior to BH, Mike worked for Prudential Mortgage Capital Company as a Loan Underwriting Analyst and later, became an Investment Associate within the affordable housing and multifamily loan program for PMCC in Washington, DC. Mike earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and his MBA from The George Washington University School of Business with a focus in Real Estate Development.
