Melody joined the BH team in 2013, bringing with her more than 20 years of property management experience to our company. Previously holding the role of Area Vice President for the Southwest region, she was responsible for a large portfolio of units spanning North Central Texas, West Texas and Louisiana. Prior to joining the team in 2013, she worked with Westwood Residential where she specialized in managing a diverse portfolio of value-add, lease-up and stabilized assets.
