As General Counsel and Vice President for the Irvine Company Apartment Communities, Megan is responsible for managing the legal affairs of the portfolio, including advising on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters, leasing and landlord-tenant issues, affordable housing, fair housing compliance, and litigation oversight.

Megan has extensive experience in transactional and litigation business matters, fair housing, commercial and residential landlord/tenant law, and multifamily housing regulatory issues. She has mediated and litigated numerous real property actions, breach of contract cases, and fair housing matters.

Prior to joining the Irvine Company team, Megan was a partner at the law firm of Ruzicka, Wallace & Coughlin, where her practice focused on residential and commercial real estate, with a particular focus on multifamily housing and affordable housing.
