Maya Theuer is the CEO of Redwood Residential with a focus on suburban infill multifamily housing in secondary California markets. Redwood Residential is currently constructing 269 multifamily units with an additional 551 in the pipeline. Maya has managed and completed $530M of residential and mixed use projects in California. She graduated from Stanford University where she played varsity soccer. She is a Board Member of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE) and lectures at the Stanford Graduate School of Business as well as the Cal Berkeley Masters in Real Estate Development program.
