Max serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Hilltop Residential. Max joined Hilltop at its inception and is a member of its Investment Committee. He is responsible for overseeing all of Hilltop’s investment activities including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and due diligence andplays a leading role in developing and implementing the company’s overall investment strategy. Max is also responsible for pursuing new business development, including capital formation and strategic partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University and is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.
