Matthew Pavlovich is a principal and oversees of acquisitions and preferred investments. Mr. Pavlovich has over 10 years of real estate investment and fundraising experience having previously worked at Arenda Capital Management and Irinda Capital Management. Mr. Pavlovich has acquired over $1 billion of commercial real estate representing approximately 10,000 residential units and approximately 265,000 square feet of commercial space. Mr. Pavlovich graduated from the University of Southern California, with a B.S. in Real Estate Development.
