Mr. Baron is the President of Simon Baron Development, which owns and develops real estate in the NYC area. The firm currently controls a real estate portfolio with an aggregate value in excess of $1.3 billion.

Mr. Baron is also an Adjunct Lecturer at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies where he teaches a course on Real Estate Development. He has been, and continues to be, invited to speak at many industry conferences including Bisnow, iGlobal, Massey Knakal’s Summits, and IMN. He has also been quoted in various publications including The Wall Street Journal, The Real Deal, Real Estate Weekly, USA Today, and The Epoch Times.

Mr. Baron holds a BS in Finance from NYU Stern and an MBA from Columbia Business School. His work ethic is one of the keys to his success. He currently lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children.
