Matthew C. Lutz (Matt) is Executive Vice President of Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. He has over 38 years of experience in the property management and real estate industry. Mr. Lutz directs all aspects of activities that monitor and assess property performance as it relates to management’s impact on the owner’s objectives, as well as oversight of all company business development activities. He specializes in the operational analysis of investment real estate from a property management perspective, and has extensive knowledge and experience with market studies and evaluation. Mr. Lutz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has been employed by Capstone since 1984.
