Matthew C. Lutz (Matt) is Executive Vice President of Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. He has over 40 years of experience in the property management and real estate industry. Mr. Lutz directs all aspects of activities that monitor and assess property performance as it relates to management’s impact on the owner’s objectives, as well as oversight of all company business development activities. He specializes in the operational analysis of investment real estate from a property management perspective, and has extensive knowledge and experience with market studies and evaluation. Mr. Lutz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has been employed by Capstone since 1984.

Capstone is a full-service, third-party management firm. Established in 1969, our company maintains 6 regional/district offices, to supervise a portfolio of approximately 145 properties in over 65 different cities and 3 states. The size of our portfolio presently ranks us as one of the overall largest third-party management companies in the nation. Although we are an industry leader in apartment management, we have no ownership interests and, therefore, have no conflicts with our clients in this regard.
