Matt Clark is a Senior Vice President at Fairfield where he is responsible for asset dispositions nationally. Matt has held numerous roles at Fairfield since joining the firm in 2002, primarily in the Acquisitions group where he most recently oversaw acquisitions of existing apartment communities in the Western US. From 2010 to 2014, Matt served as a Director at Moran & Company, representing clients in multifamily properties sales and capital raising for development projects. Prior to joining Fairfield, Matt was an Investment Banking Analyst at Tucker Anthony Capital Markets in Boston, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions of middle-market companies. Matt received his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and currently resides in his hometown of Portland, Oregon with his wife and two sons.
