Ms. Trevino joined Hines in July 2011 with over 16 years of multifamily experience including most recently with The Hanover Company, where she successfully underwrote over three billion in total capitalization with firms including MetLife, GE Capital, Mitsubishi, JP Morgan Chase, and multiple private equity funds. Prior to Hanover, Ms. Trevino worked with GE Capital in the Commercial Real Estate Department in Atlanta for nine years where her roles included Underwriter for the Large Transaction Group and Asset Manager. She also completed a two-year assignment in the Corporate Audit Department in Stamford, CT. Ms. Trevino managed a $300 million LIHTC real estate loan for financial institutions and syndicators including Credit Suisse, Column Financial, Morrison Grove and CAPREIT and also represented GP and LP entity interests with workout and repositioning solutions for $100 million multifamily distressed assets. Additionally, she underwrote multifamily transactions for Fannie Mae DUS Lenders, including Pillar, CW Capital, and Greystone while contracting with the FDIC and Special Servicers.
