Mark brings more than 20 years to his role as SVP and Chief Investment Officer. He is responsible for transaction underwriting, capitalization and execution. He is also a key member of Bainbridge’s Investment Committee.

Mark’s experience expands across the East Coast and Texas where he has performed leadership roles as a consultant, intermediary, and principal on over $5 billion of real estate transactions. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College. Today, Mark is an active member of ULI and a member of the Capital Markets Committee.

Prior to joining Bainbridge in 2018, Mr. Stewart was the Regional Chief Financial Officer at Alliance Residential Company where he was involved in all aspects of the operational strategy and was responsible for the sourcing and securing of both equity and debt for new development.
