He is renowned for providing unmatched planning and service on complex infrastructure and capital improvement projects.

Mark has extensive experience serving as a strategic partner, with a background focusing on affordable housing. His innate sense of community connection is displayed through his numerous social works and collaborations.

A natural leader, Mark guarantees that projects are delivered within deadline, budget, and scope while meeting stakeholders’ needs. Possessing a strong financial acumen, Mark regularly enhances business performance by conducting feasibility studies, cost estimates, budgets, and project justifications-while leveraging logistics / strategic planning, land development, supervision and management of projects including new construction.

Mark earned an MBA and an MS in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
