Marisa is a registered architect in NYC and NJ and was a practicing architect for 15 years prior to joining Atlas Capital Group.  She has been with Atlas for 10+ years and as Senior Director of Development she leads the Architectural and Construction teams through all aspects of facilitating the predevelopment and development processes from Due Diligence, Feasibility, Entitlements, Design and Documentation through to Construction in the NYC, NJ and Los Angeles markets.   With her architectural background she brings a rare perspective and keen design sense to the successful outcomes of Atlas’ developments.  She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
