Margette Hepfner, Chief Operating Officer for Lincoln Property Company, brings over 20 years of multifamily industry experience. Hepfner is responsible for the executive oversight of all daily operations for Lincoln’s multifamily portfolio of over 200,000 units. Prior to her current role, Hepfner served Lincoln as the Senior Vice President of Client Services, responsible for expanding existing relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients, in addition to identifying growth opportunities for Lincoln’s third party management business.

Hepfner is currently a member of the National Multi-Housing Council’s Political Action Committee and Membership Engagement Committee, is a Past Chairperson of the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) National Suppliers Council and has served on numerous committees in both organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
