Marc joined S2 in 2014 shortly after graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Finance. Marc was the first executive hire for S2 Capital and has been instrumental in scaling the company’s operations, asset management, and construction from revenues of $3M in 2014 to over $160M annually. He is also responsible for executing all refinance and dispositions for the S2 portfolio.
