Mandy Doucet has been in the real estate management business since 1995.  With strong team development and problem analysis skills, she quickly rose from marketing coordinator and director, to VP over Marketing, Training, and Resident Services.  After ten years with this company, she moved on to serve as Regional Property Manager for one of the largest management companies in the US.  Here, she became known for her ability to focus and achieve specific ownership goals.

As Executive Vice President with Lloyd Jones, she directs property operations and training development.  With an emphasis on teamwork, she enhances employee performance to exceed client expectations.

Mandy is a CPM Candidate and holds CAPS, ARM, HCCP and C3p designations.  She has an AS degree in Computer Programming from San Antonio College.  Mandy was the 2018 president of Space Coast Apartment Association and serves on the board of directors.
