Maggie is the Chief Operating Officer for Fairlawn and is responsible for integrating the operational components of the company including Property Management, Asset Management and Marketing and Sales. Her primary focus is ensuring that Fairlawn is taking the best care of its people, residents and investors and optimizing the performance of the properties. Having been with Fairlawn since its founding in 2015, Maggie has created and shaped the operational processes that have provided a platform for Fairlawn’s rapid growth.. Prior to joining Fairlawn, Maggie was Director of Marketing & Public Relations for Regency Apartments and managed leasing & marketing for multiple student housing properties at The Scion Group. Maggie also previously served as a sergeant in the Illinois National Guard where she specialized in transportation and tactical operations. Maggie earned a Bachelor of Science in Media Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
