Based in New York City, Ms. Deichmann pursues strategic acquisition opportunities across the Eastern U.S. Ms. Deichmann has more than fifteen years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, portfolio management and asset management across the capital stack at various risk profiles.

Previously, she served as Managing Director, Head of Opportunistic Equity and Structured Products Asset Management, for Affinius Capital (formerly known as Square Mile Capital), where she was responsible for overseeing a $15 billion portfolio of existing opportunistic investments and structured products. Prior to that, Ms. Deichmann worked at Allianz Real Estate of America on its acquisition team, investing over $18 billion across housing, office, and logistics strategies.

Ms. Deichmann is a member of the New York University (NYU) Stern Real Estate Advisory Council serving as an Executive-in-Residence and a member of the Urban Land Institute. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from NYU Stern School of Business and Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from NYU College of Arts and Sciences.
