Loyal Proffitt currently serves as the President of United Apartment Group (UAG), headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. With more than 35 years of extensive experience in the multifamily industry, Loyal brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to the organization.

Throughout his career, Loyal has overseen diverse portfolios across the country, including new developments, affordable housing, and value-add communities. His leadership has consistently driven strong operational results and elevated performance across all asset types.

Loyal has held senior leadership positions at some of the largest and most respected property management companies in the nation. Known for his strategic mindset and ability to inspire high-performing teams, Loyal is passionate about cultivating talent, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and investors alike.

In addition to his professional achievements, Loyal has served on the Board of Directors for several apartment associations, including the Greater Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio chapters, contributing his expertise to help shape the industry at large.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.
