Louisa Xu is a co-founder of m5x2, a fully-verticalized real estate investment company that focuses on multifamily value add opportunities. Over the last 7 years, she has bootstrapped the company to over 400 units under management and has achieved a 45% realized IRR on all properties sold to date. Louisa began her career at Blackstone’s private equity group in New York and later invested in infrastructure technology and applied machine learning at Institutional Venture Partners, a growth stage tech investment company. Louisa holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA from Yale University.
