Lisa R. Hurd leads with an entrepreneurial spirit and institutional focus in her approach to commercial real estate investment, finance, and operations. As Chief Investment Officer of The RADCO Companies, Lisa oversees all aspects of company operations and directly manages RADCO’s Investment and Marketing divisions plus RADCO Residential, RADCO’s multifamily property and construction management company. Within the Investment division, Lisa oversees all investment activities at the company including Acquisitions, Equity Placements, Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Dispositions.

In addition to her work at RADCO, Lisa is involved in several charitable endeavors. Lisa currently serves on the Board of Directors and previously served as the Chair of Resource Development for Cool Girls, an Atlanta-based non-profit focused on breaking the cycle of generational poverty through education, empowerment, and opening opportunities for Atlanta’s most at-risk girls. Additionally, Lisa is the Chair of Resource Development for Open Doors, a non-profit established by Atlanta’s commercial real estate leaders to make homelessness in Atlanta rare, brief, and non-recurring. Lisa is a co-chair of J-CREN (Jewish Commercial Real Estate Network) and is an active volunteer within the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. Lisa also serves as Treasurer for The Radow Family Foundation and is a board member at RADCO.

Lisa resides in Atlanta with her husband, son, and chocolate lab. Outside of work and charitable endeavors, Lisa is an avid golfer, snowboarder, and wine enthusiast.
