As Head of Portfolio Management, Lisa oversees the management of Fairfield’s funds and joint ventures. She leads a team of portfolio managers and analysts responsible for investment performance, implementing each fund’s business strategies with Fairfield’s various business units, and investor relations. Lisa is also the Senior Portfolio Manager for Fairfield California Housing Fund, a $1.6 billion joint venture with the Sponsor Shareholder. Since joining Fairfield in 2001, Lisa has been involved in new construction asset management, securing construction loans, and has managed the Sponsor Shareholder relationship since its inception. Prior to Fairfield, she was with Deloitte as a Senior Auditor in assurance and advisory services. Lisa obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University, Ohio, and is a Registered CPA in Illinois.
