Lisa Grosse brings over two decades of property management experience to her role as EVP of Design & Development at American Landmark. She directly coordinates and oversees the rebranding of newly acquired assets to ensure all capital projects of design and renovation are achieved. Her vast experience in property operations and innate passion for design guarantee properties receive the finishes and most sought-after amenities desired. Grosse’s strengths include rebrand, design as well as operations for new construction, lease-ups, value add-renovation projects and repositioning assets. She has experience with all asset types including high-rise, mid-rise, garden, and mixed use. Grosse is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and holds an ARM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
