Lisa Bevacqua joined Silverstein Properties in 2010 and is an Executive Vice President and the Director of Asset Management, where she oversees the company’s 16 million square foot portfolio of office and multifamily properties. Lisa is responsible for overseeing execution of the investment strategy for all properties in the portfolio and managing investor relationships. She leads four separate teams at the company with the common goal of maximizing investment value and enhancing tenant and resident experience. Lisa created and co-leads the company’s Tenant Experience and Hospitality platform, INSPIRE. Lisa also serves on the company’s management team. She is a member of the company’s diversity and inclusion committee and she works closely with the Vice Chairman Emeritus and Director of Human Resources to identify opportunities and implement initiatives to improve the quality of work experience for all employees.

Prior to joining Silverstein Properties, Lisa worked in acquisitions and asset management at Citi Property Investors (CPI), a real estate opportunity fund with over $600 million of assets under management. At CPI, Lisa was responsible for underwriting and conducting due diligence on $1.8 billion of real estate transactions. In addition, Lisa oversaw a portfolio of office, condo and land assets. Prior to CPI, Lisa was a leasing broker at CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, with a focus on the downtown Boston office market.

Lisa began her career as a consultant at Accenture, where she worked on assignments aimed at identifying and implementing process and operational improvements at financial services companies.

Lisa is an active member of Chief, a private network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders, and is active in a number of real estate organizations including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Lisa is an alumni mentor for undergraduate and graduate students at The Wharton School and is involved with the Boston College real estate club. Lisa has been recognized by Paradigm for Parity as a “Women on the Rise” (2020), by Crain’s New York Business as a “Notable Women in Real Estate” (2018) and by Commercial Property Executive’s “40 and Under Leaders” (2016).

Lisa earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Boston College. Lisa, her husband, and their four children, live in Westport, CT.
