Ms. Bevacqua joins CBRE from Silverstein Properties, where she was Executive Vice President and Head of Asset Management and oversaw a 16 million-square-foot portfolio.

In her new role, Ms. Bevacqua will be responsible for the strategic partnership and account, Brookfield Properties operated by CBRE, leading a team of nearly 900 real estate professionals. She will be part of CBRE’s new Property Management offering—Investor Portfolio Management (IPM)— which serves property owners at the portfolio level. She will report to Craig Hudleston, Head of IPM and Global COO for Property Management.

Ms. Bevacqua’s previous experience includes roles in acquisitions and asset management at Citi Property Investors and as a leasing broker with the CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners joint venture. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Boston College.
