Lev Gordon is the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Real Estate, Design & Construction, and Critical Systems at AllianceBernstein. In this role, he oversees the firm’s extensive global real estate portfolio, which spans 52 locations across 26 countries. He is responsible for delivering integrated real estate services that include strategic planning, transactions, lease administration, and capital projects.

Throughout his 28-year tenure at AllianceBernstein, Lev has expertly managed architectural and interior design, planning and execution of the firm’s corporate relocations in major cities such as New York, Nashville, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Luxembourg and Pune. His contributions have been pivotal in creating state-of-the-art office environments for the global firm. Under his leadership, AllianceBernstein’s offices have garnered 11 national and international awards for excellence in interior design.

Before joining AllianceBernstein, Lev worked as a licensed architect at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. He holds a Master of Architecture and Urban Planning from St. Petersburg University in Russia.
