Leslie Andren is Chief Investment Officer at VennPoint Real Estate. In this role, she has oversight of all investment activities, including origination and structure of equity investments, growth of the firms’ client base, negotiations of investment-related agreements and management of joint venture and operating partner relationships. Prior to joining VennPoint, Leslie was Chief Investment Officer with Atlas Apartment Homes and held leadership positions with Cushman and Wakefield and Bank of America. Leslie received her MBA in both Real Estate and Finance from University of Wisconsin – Madison. She’s been recognized by the Real Estate Forum and “50 Women of Influence” in the industry.
