Lena is the President of Integral Property Management LLC, a subsidiary of The Integral Group, a vertically integrated real estate development and investment management company based in Atlanta, Georgia.

She began her journey over 25+ years ago as a part-time Leasing Consultant with an ambition to make a difference in the industry. After many years of persistence and execution, Lena advanced to the position of Regional Manager in 2001 where she pursued her career for 11 years. In 2012, Lena started with Integral Property Management as a Portfolio/Regional Manager and quickly advanced to Area Vice President in 2014. In May of 2016, Lena was promoted to Vice President of Operations and led the team to new heights by developing and implementing a Standardization Model to set clear expectations for what is required to manage a Market Rate Community with an Affordable Component.

Lena has experience managing a variety of product types in the multi-family industry, including mixed-income, mixed-use, ‘A’ class mid-rise with retail, ‘B’ and ‘C’ class products, condominiums, student living, and HOA management. She has experience managing lease-ups in several states and has managed occupied and non-occupied renovations totaling more than $200 million.

Lena is a strong and influential leader who focuses on the team first, fostering trust and building consensus. Lena has an honest and direct bottom-line approach to leadership and management. She is respected by her peers, direct reports, and other executives for her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
