Laura Patel is the Director of Account Strategy at Density, a workplace analytics platform that uses artificial intelligence to help businesses measure how their spaces are used and automate building and facilities functions. A passionate real estate strategist, Laura works with Fortune 1000 companies to help them save money: optimizing their portfolios, while also improving employee experience.

A thought leader on the power of AI tools in real estate and PropTech, Laura has spoken at nearly two dozen global exhibitions and conferences including The World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of New Champions (Dalian, China) and most recently, Fordham University’s “PropTech 2020: Modernizing Real Estate Operations and Management”. An active member of the New York real estate community, she serves as Vice-Chair for CoreNet New York’s Programming and Outreach Committee, and on Urban Land Institute’s Technology and Innovation Council.
